This is not a soup spoon, it is a classic spoon for use when making coffee. This means tasting coffee in its usual black state and comparing different flavors and fullness. Espresso Gear's spoon holds as much liquid as the classic cupping spoon but is lighter and has a slightly wider base. This makes it a perfect tool for cupping sessions.
The material is stainless steel with the Espresso Gear logo engraved on the handle.
And this is how you buy:
1) Measure out 12g of coffee beans and grind them coarsely
2) Pour over 200 ml of boiling water
3) Let it brew for 4 minutes
4) Carefully remove the coffee that has floated to the surface
5) Feel the amazing aromas from the brewing
6) Take a spoon, slurp and smell your coffee
7) Spit or swallow, you decide, but make sure you clean the spoon before the next cup!
