Complaints and returns
You as a private person have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. This means that you can return unused, undamaged goods with unbroken packaging within 30 days of receiving your package. Obviously if you open a packet of coffee, drink it and can't resist and decide to brew more and more until it's all gone, you can't expect a full refund!

Broken on delivery?
If the product is broken when you open the package or if the product is defective, you as a private person have the right to claim for a total of 2 years from receipt of the package. However, the complaint must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you discovered the fault. If there is a warranty that is longer than 1 year, you can return the item within the warranty period.

Return shipping, who pays?
Private individuals, who use their right of withdrawal, pay the shipping cost of the returned item. In the event of a defect in the item, we will refund the return shipping and the amount you paid for the damaged or wrongly delivered item, provided that we cannot, or you do not want us to send you a new item within a reasonable period of time.

Required on return!
Use a tracking number shipping service to track the status of your shipment and send us the tracking number in advance. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages so we recommend that you include tracking and insurance.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs incurred in connection with returning a product are non-refundable.

Instructions:
  • We will contact you by email as soon as your request has been received and verified.
  • When returning, all products must be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.
  • Remember to always send the product in the outer packaging to avoid damaging the original packaging.
  • Pack the goods well to avoid damage. Attach a copy of the order sheet to the package and send it to us
